Main performance and structure features
WS – 2003 process the dough and forms small crispy puffs with dry ingredients filling (eg: crush peanuts, sugar and sesame seeds).
Dough piece are automatic sheet through three stages of sheeting rollers. Sheeted dough move downstream onto sets of moulds, which are attach to the chain conveyor. A rotary discharging mechanism deposits the dry ingredients onto the sheeted dough. The pair of mould automatically folds up with the dry ingredients encrusted inside the dough and automatically opens again to discharge the formed product at the end of the process. Scrap dough outside the mould will be retrieve and reprocess.
