Main performance and structure features:
XRT-2013 is an automatic line for depositing various type of cream/jam (eg: chocolate, fruit jam & etc.) and also has the function to sprinkle various granule (eg: sugar, crush peanut, sesame seed & etc.) on top of the tart biscuits.
Biscuits are manually stack onto the feeder and intermitted convey by stainless steel chain conveyor. The cream/jam hopper is insulated with hot water to control the product viscosity. The volume of cream/jam to be deposited are adjustable. Adopt with PU conveyor belt and cooling tunnel for the cream/jam to solidify.
